butt lift
Im wondering what will give better results. A fat transfer into buttock or implants..plus cost efficient. As of right now im going to have dr. sauceda in mexico do my plastic but i wonder which one he can give the best results with. I guess its going to depend on that particular case and patient. But advise or info is welcome.
There are three ways of augmenting a butt. Dr S does all three. The Flap-augmentation is what I had. It's when he takes the flap of skin removed from your LBL and places it in your butt. You can see one done on Youtube. I saw it and it looks exactly like the one I got. This one is permanent. He can also transfer fat - from lipo done on the other part of your body. This gives you a rounder butt in the lower region, however, it doesn't stay long. Usually the body resbsorps the fat in a year or two. I'm not sure how much remains. There were several on the Dr S forum who say their butts are not as round as they were 6 months out. The third is the implant. I believe Dr S only does that one if the other two are not an option due to "limited fat" from the patient's body to transfer. I was there in 2009 with a woman who got the implant and it was very painful. I'm not sure when it felt normal again. My butt augmentation felt odd for about a month and now it's very normal feeling. The discomfort lasted a few weeks.

Check the Youtube for "Flap Butt Augmentation" it's a surgerical procedure video but you will see exactly how it's done.
Of course, it all depends on Dr S and what he thinks he can do with your individual body once he sees you in person.
