Xpost: Clevelanders - plastic surgeon

So, not that I'm not thrilled with the weight loss, but the skin just gets worse and worse. Having a set of twins didn't help the stomach much! I'm hoping to be close to or at goal by the end of the school year (less than 50 lbs to go) and would love to plan plastic surgery for this summer.  I'm curious which plastic surgeons are popular in Cleveland.  I've heard of Sylvia Rottemberg - any others? 

As an aside, my husband and I are friends with three plastic surgeons in this area, so that makes it even more awkward - I'd hate to schedule a consult with a personal friend, then decide not to use him!  Since I know them personally, though, not professionally, I really have no idea how good they may or may not be, so I really really want to do my homework up front as much as possible.

 There are two offs on the plastics board from Cleveland and we both went t Dr. rote berg and LOVE her. I am getting ready to go in for round 2 in February.
