Very disappointed
Some people can't afford to get everything done. Some people started at a very high weight and it will take revisions to get the job done. Dr. s doesn't say he will give perfection, he can improve things. He is very honest in the consult and mark up appointment .
I am over the moon happy. I think Dr. Sauceda is more of an artist than a surgeon. What he created for me, after shedding 100 pounds is incredible.
The good news for you is that you have a big selection of surgeons. I'm wondering why you felt the need to come bash his work? Every one does tons of research. I've never seen someone bash a surgeon this way. Sometimes people are unhappy after their surgery is over and talk about it, but that's not the case with you. I hope you can find someone that can give you perfection.

I have seen great work from Dr. S and if things had not worked out with Dr. L and I did not have small children, I definitely would have gone to Dr. Saucedo.
One thing people need to remember who are seeking plastics is that most likely we will not be "perfect" afterwards. There are many factors that lead to good results. Where we started from, where we ended at, how our skin sagged, how our remaining fat is distributed, genetics, age, etc, etc, etc. And many of us need more than one surgery to put us back together again.

When a person sees Dr S - they get the whole package! They get him, his wife, his clinic staff and his private visiting nurse Patty! They get a group of people who are there to serve you and your family!
It was a good experience for me and I look forward to returning next year! I highly recommend Dr Sauceda - without reservation!

Revised to the Sleeve after losing 271 lbs with the LapBand.
I think it's really important to remember that everyone has different results depending on age, amount of weight lost and how their individual body does with that type of work etc. I'm still in the process of getting my plastics completed by a surgeon I absolutely love and I personally think he's the best. But the same goes for other people who have had amazing experiences with their surgeons; like many have had with Dr Sauceda --> everyone deserves to feel this way about their doctor.
Plastic surgery is a long journey and can't be thought of as a quick or easy fix, especially for someone with extreme weight loss. It often involves more than one procedure, a lot of time spent healing and even more time waiting for full results to appear. It can actually be dangerous for a surgeon to remove too much fat (or skin). Chances are someone who used to be 350 pounds will never have the physique of a Victoria's Secret model no matter how much surgery they get (no offense to anyone and more power to you if you accomplished this- I know I sure as hell never will). I have checked out his site and am actually quite impressed with his work. Any of the before/afters on his website show what a miracle surgery can be and each show a significant improvement... It’s important to keep in mind that each of these pictures seem to be taken not too long after surgery and the body can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to show full results so these pics are most likely not the final outcome.
There are a lot of people in this forum who are more than pleased with his results- I see him discussed daily. It really doesn't get any more helpful or real than to have these first hand accounts from people. To be honest, if you don't like a surgeon that’s fine (I feel this way about some surgeons too); however, I find it rather low that you would take the time to make a negative post like this, which is obviously offensive to those who have found success with Dr. Sauceda…. What are you trying to prove? (.... besides making it seem like you’re attempting to argue with people’s happiness….).
Geesh I’m grumpy. Why am I arguing on Christmas? It must be the coal in my stocking or perhaps all the wine we had at lunch. Keep it positive people! (that goes for me too).
