Laxity after breast lift?

I'm 2 years post bl/ba and am happy w/ my results. I had it all done at the same time like you. I will say that when I bend over they do look kinda saggy but I think that's just a natural look especially w/ the skin that's left. When I'm standing up or upright they look perky and perfect. I'm able to go braless if I want to and don't have an issue. Nips are dead center and looking straight out. Not sure what you're talking about but once you get the pics up send me the password and I'll tell you if they are like mine or not. I do have one that did sink just a bit lower in the pocket than I'd want but not enough to go in for a revision. For me surgeons fee is free but still have to pay for room and anesthesia and it wasn't worth the $1,000 that they quoted me.
