Sorry you are feeling lonely.. I enjoy my solitude so much..cause I work with people who talk so much.. what about reading a good book or some movies.. plus I feel like I never get time to think.. My goal while I am out on surgery is to study for an upcoming exam..Journal.. self exploration..
Theres always the Chat room
Thanks,
Michelle
Any plans for the holidays? I'm scrambling to finish baking, shopping, wrapping, cleaning--sort of wish I could sit and do nothing right now, but I know I better be careful what I wish for!
I hope you find something to entertain you soon. And like was mentioned--check out chat. As long as you've friended someone you can pop on and say hi to them if they are on.
Have a good rest of your night!!
Denise

December is one of those months when people get depressed or feel lonely because of the holidays. I don't know what your personal situation is or know exactly how you are feeling, but if you ever feel you need support come here to the forum and let us know, there are a lot of people you could talk to that probably feel lonely themselves. I agree with the previous posters, if there is anything you can do to keep yourself occupied like reading or going to see a movie, try to do that, try not to let your mind wonder. Hope you feel better and remember no matter how bad you have it or how down you feel, there is always someone who cares about you and someone who will talk to you. Merry Christmas.

You probably don't want to be out with so many people. It's crazy out. But, go take a short walk outside. Bundle up if you are in a cold area. Fresh air always helps the mood.
