Is this safe
If you are willing to travel to Mexicali or Baja California then there may be some surgeons that will do it. A girl I work with had her breasts and tummy done at once, I don't know if she had anything else done beside that but you can research some of the surgeons there, they have excellent surgeons for a lot less of the cost.

To be perfectly honest with you the reason most surgeons will not do all of this in one operation is because it's not safe. A lower body lift + arm lipo took me about 5 and half/ 6 hours in the OR so the type of work you want would take a very long time- I read an ubl can take as long as the lbl and that butt implants take about 2 and the thighs can take around 3- that is a lot of time to be under anesthesia and on an operating table with a Dr. who hasn't gotten a break. What you're asking for is a lot and even though I totally understand the appeal of having one recovery, it's just not that simple. I would truly be wary of any surgeon who agrees to do this because I think they'd be risking your life. Not to mention recovery for these surgeries is not pleasant so to have that all at once seems agonizing and would probably make it harder for you to have a successful healing process. If I were you I would get a consult with a good Dr. and discuss everything you want then have them talk to you about each individul surgery and what they would recommend. Having a more intimate and informative discussion with a professional is very helpful because they can give you the best answers.
It is what I wanted also. My PS told me I could find someone who would do all this at once, but she wasn't willing to risk my life to do it. I stayed with her. Having everything done in three different procedures with time for recovery in between. Just like the weight loss, the plastic surgery is a marathon, not a sprint. It is something you want to look great for the rest of your life.

My plastic surgeon will generally split it into 2 surgeries for safety reasons. Definitely do your research. Looking better is not worth risking your life!!
Dr. Saucedo in Mexico will do a lot at once. I honestly do not know of any surgeons in the US who will.

I had this done over 5 years ago. Doc agreed to do all at once. It was a very hard recovery. Couldn't use my arm strength to pull my body out of a chair. Couldn't use my leg strength to get out of a chair. Couldn't bend my waist to get out of a chair. Felt like I was stuck for over a week. It was hard. Complications I have are: lympodema in left leg. Scar tissue built up and prevents water from leaving my leg so I wear a permanent tight sock daily and a tight boot all night sleeping. Nerve pain is extremely bad around waist. I am now on permanent hydrocodone to deal with pain. My suggestion is to do one at a time to see how your body reacts. They tell me your body only has the ability to heal one item at a time. If you overload the healing process your body fails and never heals correctly. I tell people the gastric bypass was the best surgery I had but if I had to do the plastics again I would seriously have chosen duck tape. Other complications are stitches have popped up and gotten infected and had to be remove at the new navel point and on both sides. I can feel the permanent stitches inside my body. Itching starts inside and you cannot scratch as it is way inside. I had major success with other surgeries so was surprised at this. Just don't overdo all at once. I told the doc I wanted it all done at once for time concerns and cost. I was wrong. He was a reputable plastic surgeon from the university of Wisconsin with excellent reviews but I will never get my health back. Not worth it.
My surgical team (I had 2 surgeons, each with an assistant and 2 nurses working together) told me that, because of their style they *could* do it at once, but that medically they really wanted to avoid it because of the much longer downtime for recovery and the greater need for hospital time before release.
According to them, splitting my surgeries into 2 meant one night in the hospital with about 3 weeks total recovery time. Doing them together would have meant 3-5 nights in the hospital and about 6 weeks recovery time because of the significantly higher trauma to the body. People I've seen on the boards who had it all done at once by Dr. S were pleased with the results, but spent much more time in the hospital and recovering at home.
To me, and you may be different, 2 shorter recoveries was much easier to deal with than one HUGE recovery.
They were able to do the second set as hospital outpatient surgery, so there was much less involvement.
Overall, I was very pleased by the way they handled everything. I was able to use my legs to lever myself up and around after the initial round, and my arms to do the same after the second round. It made a huge difference in my ability to mentally heal and get used to moving as well as reduce pain.
Seriously, go for the 2 rounds rather than cramming it all into one.
