So, generally you get what you pay for with plastic Surgery.  If you want it done right, you go to someone who is experienced in working with WLS patients, and you pay what it costs.  Even if that means staging your surgeries.

If insurance isn't going to cover any of the work, then start saving.

There isn't a magic pill for these procedures.  You have to take the time and do the research to find the right thing for you.  Also, recovery is hard and can have complications with it.  So you will want to weigh those factors as well.

Good luck in your research.

I would ask your weight loss surgeon because he/she will probably know surgeons in your area who specialize in post wl plastics. Also, I would recommend you check out the "find a surgeon" option listed above because then you can see other patients and their testimonials and then perhaps be able to contact them about the surgeon's work.  I'm not sure if you're willing to travel to find a great surgeon but if you are, I would recommend my ps to anyone. His name is Robert Jetter and he's in New York City and my wl surgeon was the one *****ferred me. There are a few reviews for him on this site if you look him up. 6 weeks ago I got a lower body lift + abdominal tightening and lipo in my arms (to prepare for a brachioplasty and breast lift that I'll be getting in a few months). He is honestly one of the best and has a special focus in post weight loss reconstructive surgery.

Ditto to the poster above me: It is imperative to find a reputable surgeon with a strong history in post-weight loss surgery because this is your body we are talking about and there is only one so you deserve the best care possible.
