Lee's update!!!
I'm doing fantastic. I will try to recap the last few days.
Thursday arrived Monterrey. DrSauceda's driver was there waiting . He called dr s when we reached the hotel at 3:45. Doctor said to settle in room and get showered. He came ti pick us up, me and my friend Nancy. We went to his beautiful office for a consult and body making that lasted close to three hours. He carefully explained everything to me. He thought I should not have implants because I have so much breast tissue. I want a full c and was a 34d or 34dd so he planed a slight reduction.
Back to the hotel and went to the Italian place next door where we split a ribeye steak with wonderful sautéed veggies. Nice to eat with an RNY friend because spilling a meal is perfect.
I got some sleep and was redy in the lobby when DrS came to get me at seven am. I filled out paperwork, then was taken back to the OR. I said I was afraid of the epidural so Dr. Mrs. Sauceda said no problem, she would put me to sleep first. The scrubbed down my entire body and put me on the table. The last thing I remembered was being told to roll on my side.
Thirteen hours later I was in recovery. Dr S called my son Zach to say it went perfectly.
What he did: lower body lift, long thighs lift, butt augmentation with the two liters of fat sucked from my thighs and saddlebags. Breast lift, long arm lift, tightened my abs for me. Felt like I had a good crunch session.
Saturday I was a little out of it but fine. No pain to speak of. Sunday I was walking all over the place talking to people. No seat riser but very easy to get up and down. All of my Pilates paid off and I move easily.
Six pounds of skin and two liters of fat later, I look terrific. I have seen my breast once and my beautiful round booty one. Love it all.
Monday taken back to the OR for six hours of neck/ face lift with upper and lower lids done. He harvested fat from my lower leg to fill out my gaunt face. He said I would look 45 which for a 61 year old is fabulous!!!
Tuesday was my rough day. I was switched to oral pain meds and my face/head just hurt. I was really frustrated to be in so much pain. DrS came to see me at 8 pm and had them give me morphine to ease the pain. I finally got to poop yesterday for the first time since Thursday so that helped a lot.
I slept six hours last night. I sat up with an OH friend in recovery so went to sleep at one. I woke with pain in my head from leaning a bit on my ear. Pain meds quickly took care of it. I feel great again. Walked down to visit my OH friend and check on her. Now waiting for breakfast to be delivered.
I think I am going to the hotel this afternoon. I'm looking forward to that.
If you are looking for multiple procedures Dr S is your guy. He's fantastic and I can see through the binders that I have a killer body for a 61 year old. Look out guys, here I come!

I'm impressed. I just did abdominoplasty, inner thighs, and saddle bag lipo and had a lot of pain and was struggling to walk and here you are walking all over the place. GREAT TO HEAR! :-)
My countdown has begun for LBL and revision of previous surgeries.....next Thursday. You are an inspiration with your awesome outlook.
I am sooooo glad to hear from you!! I've been thinking about you A LOT! What wonderful news. I hope your recovery continues to be smooth and as pain free as possible. I can't wait to see you (well your pics--you know what I mean!). Such a pretty lady before--I can only imagine after. You are going to give us 40 somethings a run for our money!!
Good news is that Bubbzz and I have been playing nice. I even gave him a compliment the other day! Yes, it was hard and it was only one, but I knew you'd be proud! :)
Many hugs to you!! Keep us abreast (nice firm ones now!)--oh, I didn't see anything about implants. Guess you decided to go au natural.
