Insurance Irony

I tried to get insurance to cover my panni and, not sure I wanted it but the Dr put in for it anyway, a breast lift.  Now, to get some perspective, I was a 44C and am now a 38 C/D.  I was NEVER large so I wasn't sure I wanted a lift that would take away even more.  The Dr said he would just take side boob so I said ok.  Anyway, got the response from the insruance today and they decided the panni was cosmetic but approved the lift.  Darn insurance, I thought for sure it would be the other way around.  They said to have the Dr give them more info on the problems with the panni and they may reconsider.  Wish me luck!!

Now, do I go ahead with the lift?  Can't afford implants.

Thanks!!!!!!

Get the lift! I love my perky girls.  Really no pain at all for me on the lift (I did get implants) The worst pain was feeling like I was engorged and needed to nurse. Would do the boobs agian in a heartbeat. Especially nice not having that excess skin roll on my side or on my back!

That's pretty much what I decided. I just couldn't believe they approved breasts but not panni. It will be nice to get ride of the side boob.
Thanks

my insurance approved an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, I didnt even think they would consider doing a lift but maybe I will give that a try also.  I so need it done.  My doctor said he would only do the TT and then if I wanted implants and a lift he would do that later down the road...his logic is 4 hours under is long enough...sometimes I wish I would have went to Mexico and had everything done I wanted all at once and out of pocket it would have been alot cheaper...don't give up with your insurance, get documentations about rashes and treatments...good luck
