Any good plastic surgeons in Mexico

hey guys im looking for a good PS to do my lower body lift,inner thigh lipo,and lipo on my arms in the same time. I have talk with dr. manuel bello and he quoted 10,000.. I havent seen any of his work so im kinda so so with him.. He also mention he don't do lower body lift and i really need that the most. Really need a safe place to go with a doc with good repretation.. please give all suggestions.

I am heading to see Dr Sauceda in less then a month. I met him 4 years ago, and have been wanting to go see him ever since. I have seen his work, his prices are more then fair and I was really comfortable with him once I met him. I highly recommend him!!
