My question is saline or silicone?   I understand silicon feels more natural and comes with a life time guarantee - but they cost twice as much.   I also understand the leakage rate is still higher with saline.

Dr. Sauceda uses Mentor Gummy Bear Silicone Implants.  They are supposed to be great and feel very natural.

HI Lee!  I don't know if you're still home but I do have a pic of my lift on my profile.  I am a little over a year out and currently a 34C...started out at 38D/DD.  There will be no implants for this girl, LOL.  Good luck with your surgeries!

Laura, I just had a peek.  OK, that sounds just plain wrong!  :)

Your breasts look great, as does your TT.  You must be so delighted.

I am delighted!  Maybe if I was in my 30's I'd have done the implants but I'm pushing 50 and if I never see another scalpel again, it'll be fine with me!  Implants do have a shelf life and I ain't doing this again, LOL.

LOL, I'm 61 and I hear ya about shelf life and not wanting to do it again.  I'm really thinking about all those components!
