NO MORE DRAINS!!!
I have had a few showers but the hanging drains maid them a pain!!
Other than that I was baby wips and sponge bath queen.. The armpits were BAD.. MAn do I thank the nurses for shaving the pits yesterday!!!

Oh, the pits. And shaving the legs. That was like Christmas the first time I got to shave my legs. I remember the hairs on my legs started getting sore from being pressed down by the support hose! Gnarly.
Ahh, the memories!! LOL!

Witht the hole I'm nursing I got tired of gauze and tape so I just use maxi pads and it covers the packed hole and stays in place on the binder without tearing the crap out of my skin like the tape did.
I have to say thought that at every visit they load me up with packing gauze, tape, antibiotic creams, compression sleeves and new binders. Oh I know I paid for it but it's still nice.. plus he's not going to charge me his fee when he does my revisions.
I finally ditched all the carbs I was eating.. One thing is for sure.. I never had a low appetite or trouble with my bowels!
