5 days post extended tummy tuck with breast lift and augmentation

Narcotics, duh.  That part I knew, you turkey (yes, that was holiday appropriate )

I wondering if you had anything special you did that helped.  You know like:

~ rubbing almond oil on you tummy - mix with cow dung
~ sleeping in Grandma's adjustable bed - remembering to kick Grandma out first
~ circling and albino orangutan three times while chanting the words to YMCA

You know actual helpful tips.

I absolutely love my lift chair I rented. The first few days the biggest challenge for me was finding a comfortable position. It was good to have the bed with lots of pillows, and the lift recliner as options to move between.

Umm what else, since you too have the DS my other suggestion it to avoid like the plague eating anything that bloats you. Yesterday was ver uncomfortable for as I insisted on eating only Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes ( with brown sugar and marshmallows), sweet potato pie, pumpkin pie and cool whip. I had to take extra Tylenol and prayed I didn't bust my new abs from all the air inside. But it was good .
