Surgeon's office called, he wants to see me right away. So I'm going in tomorrow morning. I was going to drive to oregon with my mom for thanksgiving but we're going to postpone starting our trip a few hours so I can go in. I'm relieved that I don't have to wonder about this hole all of thanksgiving break. I doubt he'll sew it closed because when I stand up straight, there is just too much tension and not enough flesh for it to stay shut without being under enormous pressure. I have a feeling he's just going to tell me to keep it packed with bacitracin and gauze. I've decided that I'm ok with that because other people have had open wounds and healed them this way. From my research based on the size and depth if it heals on track it'll take maybe 2-3 weeks?

I told myself "this is what's going on and you're going to accept it." and that's that. Thanks for the support.

I hope that bellybutton starts acting right!  Your results are tremendous.  You have such a good shape.  Hope you get to have an uneventful Thanksgiving.  You deserve it.

I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!

Just saw my PS. He said he doesn't see the belly button being a problem and it should heal up great. He's leaving it open and says it's just the surface that has opened up, none of the deeper layers are open which is a very good thing. I'm to spla**** with soapy water once a day and keep it drenched in bacitracin ointment and covered with gauze. He says it'll be a couple weeks. So I'm going to do just that and try to forget about it when I'm not cleaning it. No more belly button. Gone.

He also looked at my breasts and FINALLY acknowledged what I've been trying to tell him, my left implant has slid sideways into my armpit. He says when we do my revision for capsular contracture (january or feb!) he'll put some stitches over on the side to keep the implant from going over. He also wants me to think about switching from my moderate profile implants to a higher profile in a slightly bigger size. He doesn't want to see my nipple sag. There's a piece of me that still has booby greed and that little ho is jumping for joy. I'm going to be firm and insist it not be very much bigger because I think it's a slippery slope between "voluptuous" and "ridiculous".

I'm feeling much more at ease now. I'm going to have a good thanksgiving and just focus on the positive.
