Getting new boobies and a flat tummy on Friday

Hi all,

I mainly lurk, but I want to be sure to share my experience as I enter into this portion of the journey. I hope it will help others as you all have helped me mentally prepare for this.

I am freaking out a little. I was crying last night becasue I'm upsaet I wont be able to hug and do the things I normally do with my 3 year old for a while (get on the floor and read her stories before bed etc.) But I have help and she will be ok. I'll have to keep reminding myself of that in the next few weeks.

I'll get the picture thing started soon. I'll take some before shots tomorrow.

You are right! Your little girl will be fine! and YOU will be fine!

She will understand and between the two of you, you can come up with something else besides hugging. My grandson (5 yrs) and I high fived and pinky hugged (kindof like pinky swear). He would sit next to me and just hold my hand. He was very caring and would get me water, snacks and protein shakes. I'm sure she will want to do the same. She will be a great nursemaid. You won't be up and down off the floor for awhile, but you can still read to her from your perch. Within a couple of days, you will be up and about fairly easily and can tuck her into bed, unless it is very low. lol!

getting the belly done in jan, but had both lift and implants.... u can hug...gently(maybe not day 3)...but its not bad.. i dont know if your getting a lift or implants..the lift was a breeze..the implants werent horrible...like i said , day 3 was the hardest..but not i have boobs like i just peaked puberty...enjoy!!!!

Thank you for the insight on time frames. That helps me mentally prepare much better.

Had my plastics two years ago I love it you will too we are about the same size height and weight . Not going to lie it took the full two years to really feel normal again sensation not hurting in the nipples everyone is different and after a year I wondered if I would ever feel normal again but here to say I do and am so happy best wishes to you
