tummy tuck
I went for a consultation today and was told my tummy tuck would be a fairly easy straight forward simple one to do and that i wouldnt need muscle repair. I wasquoted 7500.00 dollars and felt this was a little on the steep side. I am curious as to what this procedure has cost some of you. I live in southern ontario. Also wondered if any of you have had any procedure to fill in the breast sagginess due to the decrease of elastisity and slight sagging. I am curious as to what some of you have done about that and also what you have paid for your breast procedure. Thanks in advance!
I had a panniculectomy and abdomnioplasty. I just saw my EOB and my surgeon charged $5,100 for the surgery. I guess the hospital made out like a bandit on my surgery.
The most excessive charges were 10K for the operating room and 15K for medical/surgical supplies. Then various charges for the room, recovery room, laboratory supplies, drugs, and an EKG.
I had the surgery in Wichata Falls, TX. My insurance approved my surgery so I was not out a lot of cash - Thank God - or else I would probably be saving up for it.

I just had a tummy tuck, also breast lift and silicone implant augmentation.
One surgeon quoted me about 14,600 for all of that.
The surgeon I ended up doing to charged just about 17,000.
I did not need muscle repair either, i never had kids and the dr. said my muscles were together and flat and since i plan on having kids she would prefer not to sew them together.
but it would have been the same price had i needed the muscle repair.
7,000 seems reasonable just for your TT.

I am feeling that it is probably reasonable but thought getting some input would help. Thanks! Are you happy with your work? What area are you from? I could use some work on the girls but if I have to choose one thing it will be the tummy. I had a reduction years ago because I was quite large and am now a 34 f or g and it is so hard to find bras that fit nice. It is just that they are a little deflated now and could use some plumping up!!!!
I had my work done in Philadelphia by Dr. Francine Cedrone, she does alot of bariatric patients and does alot of breast reconstruction for women that have had cancer..
Im 9 days post op and LOVE my breasts. The tummy is getting better..im sure that will take time.
I needed the implant because I was down to a 32 C and the lift would have made me even smaller and I have a larger frame. But with a 34 f or g you probably would do wonderfully with a lift, it would take away some of that sag and skin but leave you with plenty of breast.
good luck with everything!!
