Oh, how I miss my tub!

Quite possibly the hardest part of this recovery from plastic surgery...not being able to take a bath!!

I love my bubble baths. Always have. Have no idea how people despise them. To me there is nothing more luxurious than a good soak in a fragrant tub.

And I even got a brand new bootleg bottle of Victoria's Secret Sexy Lather me with love Sexy little things Bubble bath..discontinued so I pay through the nose to buy it on Amazon..I guess it will be waiting for me in a few months when I am allowed..

Since I had surgery 10 days ago and there are open wounds, there are to be no  baths for a while. Sigh.

Anyone else miss a good soak while healing from PS?

 Funny you say this.  I have a hot tub on my deck and I was just whining to my husband how much I want to go in it.  I had my thighs done 5 weeks ago, but had an incision open up.  It's healing well, but still too early to go in the hot tub.

I'm going on vacation to the Caribbean in 3 weeks, my PS told me it should defiitely be all closed by then but I'm starting to worry about that, too.

Yes, I am a bath person myself and sooooo missed my bath tub!  Luckily, by 3 weeks I had no open wounds...so I took a nice long soak!

My hubby and I love our hot tub, even in Florida.  I miss it!  At my 3 week check up last Friday, I asked the Dr when I could go back in....he said not for at LEAST another month!  And I have no openings at all in my incisions.......

*sigh* I am a rule follower so it looks like maybe possibly I'll be able to use it in time for Christmas....
