Chiropratic vs. Physical Therapy

Pathology is right! Herniation at L51-S1, desiccation at L4-5, Schmorl's nodes and degenerative arthritis. Thankfully I don't have any nerve involvement, just extremely tight and achy. So sad weight loss didn't help!

 I've done both the Chiropractor and a physical therapist and I by far prefer the PT. The only time I choose a Chiro over a PT is if I'm dealing with allergy issues or if I'm too broke/insurance won't pay for a PT. Chiro is more for wellness and PT seems to fix what needs work.
