day 2

 10 hour surgery on Wed.  Fighting depression a bit today but expected because of all the drugs.  Taking colace and miralax like crazy but nothing happening there yet.  compression garmet has everything flat like a couple of pancakes.  Keep trying to remember everyone saying that things settle and move into shape and not to worry.

Sending lots of good thoughts your way -- seems like we are on the same course so I got my eye on you!  I had my sleeve in 11/2008, my lower plastics 4/2011 and in 13 days I will be getting the top half done!  I had excellent recovery from the lower and the doc says that the upper is even easier so, I can't wait to see what your thoughts on the matter are. . . .

I'm 3 days out of an 8 hour surgery so we're in the same boat. Keep thinking positive, these are the worst days and it only gets better from here. You've done an amazing job with your weight loss and now this surgery is the final step in getting the body you want. I couldn't even button my normally loose size 12 jeans today so I know it's hard to remember the results we are going to get are not what we see 2-3 days after surgery.

Sending positive energy to you for a quick recovery. I am taking colace and have been eating solid foods but no progress there either ;)

Excited for you...each day will get better. I have my tummy tuck on nov 15th. Praying happiness and healing for you.

It was 8 days before I finally got relief after the colace and drinking milk of magnesia like it was hard liquor. Hope your happens sooner than mine did, you'll be up hoppin around in a couple days.

day 2 sucks. day 1 was much better. i cant wait to get this freakin garment off either. mine comes off monday. im a little nervous to see everything. colace not working over here either. when are they removing your garments.
p.s. i hate drains
