New to the Plastic Surgery Board

New to the plastic surgery board..
Hello all.. I am new to Plastics Board.. Just found it last night. So far in my journey, I have lost 132 pounds, and my tummy looks like a half deflated balloon, and my boobs look like pancakes and raisins.
I have been surviving on the VS Miracle bra., once upon a time, I was a DD, but then I got a breast reduction and there was a bit of complications (stitches burst three times) so there is scarring.
So I am interested in Tummy Tuck and New Boobs.
I have been on one free consultation.. and I have two more scheduled this week. I have free time and a few extra bucks to kick around. So NOW is the time for plastic surgery.
Any insight on a Tummy Tuck and New Boobs would be most helpful. Thanks in advance.
