Home and feeling pretty darn good

Well I had my extended TT and lipo on Thursday.  Came home Thursday night and overall I feel great!  The pain is not nearly as bad as I worried it would be!  It hurts the worst on both my hips where the lipo was performed.  I'm already amazed when I look down my body - that cute little navel in the right place is mine :) 

I'm still taking my pain meds every 6 hours.  Yesterday I accidentally pulled out one of the tubes from my pain pump.  I called the Dr's office and they walked me through taking the other one out as well.  So I'm not connected to anything as my Dr does not use drains.

Thanks for all the thoughts and good wishes.  I'm already so glad I had the courage to do this for myself.

I just had a panniculectomy a touch over a week ago and you seem to be doing better than me already...lol.

I can't complain tho. Wasn't near as bad as I expected it to be. Feeling pretty good.

littleskie, congrats on your surgery!  I'm glad you are doing so good.  Everyone heals differently.  I went into it expecting pretty much agony lol.  So this is not bad at all.
