Roll call: Who had (or is having) what when?
I do still have a drain--I'm growing rather fond of it now--NOT!!! Shouldn't be much longer now--I hope!!!

RNY 2/3/09, LBL/BL w/Augmentation 9/16/11
Start weight: 335 Current weight: 185 Goal weight: Whatever the hell I can maintain without driving myself insane!
I had an extended anchor cut tummy tuck and BL/BA with implants in June of 2009.
Medial thigh lift and brachioplasty in November 2009 with a revision to the tummy tuck incision.
Face lift with upper and lower eyelids and neck lift April 2010
Summer of 2010 upper flankplasty to remove extra skin under armpits and back.
I am happy to say that I am officially done! I was very fortunate to heal well and my incisions are really pale. The recoveries are not a walk in the park by any means. I am thrilled with my results and when I'm asked if I would do it again my answer is ABSSOLUTELY!

I love roll calls!! Thanks, Denise for starting this one.
First I had my RNY 3 years ago. I am now 200 pounds lighter than my highest weight.
December 2009 I had my bracchioplasty. It was all I could afford at the time and my arms were HORRIBLE!! The rest I could hide with shapewear. I absolute love my arms and am given many compliments on them, even from 20-somethings who don't know I've ever been overweight (I'm 45).
June 2011 I had a lower body lift and breast lift with Dr. LoMonaco (LOVE him!!). He removed 2 square feet of skin (roughly an 8 inch strip all around my lower body) which weighed 5 pounds. My weight was 143 at surgery and now I am maintaining at 138. I am thrilled with my results. I think Dr. L is the best.
I was a size six before surgery and am just now at 4 months out going down a size. I was worried I would not go down at all.
In the near future I want to get small implants (so that I have some fullness on top) and have my bra bulge removed. My breasts were in such bad shape he did not want to do the implants at the same time as my lift. I need to pay off my last round and then save up for the implants.
My thighs are a hot mess, but I can live with them as is. As Denise so eloquently told me, I am going to save that money and spend it on making memories with my kids. It's time to live my life to the fullest.

Love your last paragraph.
Insurance paid for my belly and will pay 100% of breasts and arms.
Lifting the pannus away has brought the scary thighs into full view.
I also carried alot of weight in my 3 chins. Left me with a bit of a turkey waddle.
I would have to self pay for those...
But you know, I can live with it.
RNY gave me my life back.
Plastics is helping me look normal in my clothes.
I have a 7 yo daughter that I can have fun with now in so many ways!
Next stop...Disney next year.
I'll save for that instead!!

I had RNYGB on 3/19/2010 and have lost about 240lbs and my surgeon says I am probably at my final weight (about 180 +/- 5lbs). I exercise 3 times a week but at 45 years old I have a lot of loose and floppy skin.
I would like one of everything --however as I will be paying for this all myself I will have to prioritize. My first consult (with Dr. Capella) is October 28th so I hope to have a better plan after that.
I desperately need a lower body lift as my panni has entered a separate ZIP code and my but is down around my knees.
Unfortunately my DDD breasts have turned into long loose ugly sacks of skin. I'm concerned if I just get a lift I will shrink to nothing and be really pear shaped.
I wore 2/3 or 3/4 sleeves all summer long to hide the wrinkles in my arms - I gotta tell you after all the work I have been doing it is hard to swallow that I am still hiding my body.
Although my pants are a size 18, my shirts are mostly Ls although this last trip to Coldwater Creek I bought a Size M jacket (I have to remind myself not to wear it EVERY week).
So I am reading, reading, reading and trying to formulate a game plan. Inputs are welcome.

one month ago had facelift, with upper & lower eyes and chin and neck done in Mexicali with Dr. Manuel Bello - at same time had arm lift - was totally unprepared for the pain that followed - first two weeks was really awful & needed strong pain meds every three hours- which was scary since I was afraid I was getting addicted. Third week I was able to only do pain meds at night - now I'm still in some pain but able to get through without anything other than some Tylenol - I looked so freaky from the face lift that I was scared I'd be a Michael jackson outcome and would get so depressed that I couldn't even recognize myself in the mirror - and I still look so sad since it's hard to smile with all the frozen, swollen areas.....but it IS now getting better - and I can sort of see that it should look pretty good. The arms were so swollen and totally black and purple and it killed constantly - I wore the compression sleeves the whole time and have just now spent one night with them off - and now they too are starting to look more like normal arms -
So - my experience has been that it takes longer and hurts more than any other surgery or medical procedure I've ever had - but I am also 65 so maybe it's because I'm old and the body doesn't respond as quickly - or maybe from what I've been reading my experience is average and I just didn't expect it to be that way. Hopefully by next month I'll be saying how it was all worth it, but for now I'm still on the fence over whether I'd go through it again or not. My new motto is Vain = Pain...lol
