Roll call: Who had (or is having) what when?

I was going to suggest that everyone add their surgery date and procedures they had to their signature. So I'll still throw that out there as an idea, but in the meantime, I thought it might be a good idea to post a little information about ourselves because I know I, for one, have trouble keeping it all straight. If your surgery was relatively recent, I'd love to hear where you are in your recovery process. Still swelling? Still aching? Still numb? Started your job as a stripper?

I'll go first! I had my lower body lift with breast lift and augmentation on 9/16/11. As you may know because I'm a (less) big cry baby, I am still hurting, numb, achy, fighting a few spitting stitches that are causing a few small opening around my waist, nursing a partially torn off nipple (okay, it's not that dramatic, but I'm in competition for best torn off nipple story), having a lot of trouble sleeping, waiting for my boob to get out of my armpit, and sitting in complete and utter awe of my new body. I can't wait until I feel well enough to go out dancing. Isn't that a funny thing to miss? I also desperately want to get back to the gym. I am down a total of 15 pounds from the surgery. I've gone from a  womens size 18 pants to 14 with some generously cut 12's fitting. My shirt size hasn't change dramatically because I have to accommodate the new girls. Hoping all my shirts don't wind up looking like maternity wear because of the material hanging off my ta-tas.

So do tell--what have you done in the quest to become FrankenBarbie (or FrakenKen) and how's it going?

Thanks for playing!!

Denise

Hi Denise, great idea.  How the heck do I add text to the bottom of my signature.  I can get to the ticker no problem, but when I want to change the text that I entered there and add my ps dates, etc...I can't figure out how to do it again.  Can you steer me in the right direction?

thanks so much.

Linda

Took me a minute (okay, a day!), but I think I've got it. Once you are signed in, go to My Account (at the top of the page next to your screen name). Once you are in there click on the message board tab. That is where you can write whatever you'd like for your signature and be sure to save your changes. It seems to have worked for me. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks!!

Denise

You are a genius Denise.  Thank you.  I don't know how many times I was at this very place on the Message Board and could not figure out how to insert more information.  Great.  I have now entered my plastic surgery dates.

Denise,
Wow, I can't believe you went down so many pant sizes, good for you!!

On Friday, Oct 28th, I'm having a tummy tuck, breast lift and arm lift.
I'm super excited!  I've just tried to absorb as much information I can from all the experience here!

One week away!
