Breast Reduction 1 mo, burning pain under scar

Of course this happens on a Saturday night! I am one month tomorrow after a breast reduciton, i have had virtually no pain up until this point, just uncomfortable and a difficult time finding a good position to sleep in, however middle of the night last night (sleeping on my side with pillow for support) I wake up with a horrible burning pain under one breast below the scars which feels internal, however when I touch the skin it leaves a burning sensation.  It almost feels as thought something has been torn inside. Anyone experience anything similar or any info as to what this may be.  If it keeps up I will call the Dr. in the morning, but it is very uncomfortable I may be taking a pain pill tonight and I have not taken one since the day after my surgery.  The stitches at this site are completly healed only have on place at the edge of the same breast that there is a stitch that is not gone.


Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
