Price differences between States

I'm getting consults now with the hopes of scheduling sometime in February. I live in the Albany area but am willing to travel to outlying states if the cost justifies the travel. Right now Dr. Capella in NJ is the front runner but I would like to have a few more consults before I make my final decisiona and also make sure I am getting the best value for my money. Does anyone know who I should look into in the upstate New York area, New Hampshire, Maine, Boston, Rhode Island.

Don't forget to check out Pennsylvania.  Geisinger in Danville, PA has an awesome post-bariatric , plastic surgery department.    Also Binghamton NY area as well.
