2 week update
Hello everyone!
Well, I had my 2 week update and I am very happy!
The rash is a heat rash. I can wear a thin cotton shirt under my binder to help and to apply hydrocort cream when needed. If the itching gets really bad to take an Benedryl, that helped last night!
The last drain came out!!!!! Yay!!!!!
I didn't get to see my surgeon, but got to see another faculty member. He said that he was very impressed with the way the scar is looking. The areas that I was concerned about are normal and should be fine within 6 months.
Today was the best shower day ever! No drain!!!!!!!! I feel stronger, can sit up and stand straighter.
