Yes I'm very happy, my left flank is not as good as I hoped, but my Dr did a tremendous job and I gotta say, my work life is a lot easier, clothes fit better, I'm not ashamed to take off my shirt. It feels good after so many years to finally come full circle and feel normal. Thanks for the reply.

Full circle--those are the exact words that I use to describe this process. It really does feel like the final piece of the puzzle is in place. Granted, we will always need to be diligent to avoid regain, but I'm pretty sure after going through this we are in a far better position to maintain than ever.

You are looking great! Congrats!!

Lee - My energy levels were a little slow at first but greatly improved, I'm not 100% but I'm walking at least 1-2 miles worth a night without feeling tired, hopefully in the next couple of months I'll be able to get in some good exercise. I feel good overall, thanks for the response.

I'm doing good actually. The first 3-4 days were kinda rough but after that I had no problems with the duty gear. Now I'm moving along like I was prior to surgery. Still havent recovered 100% but I'm feeling better day by day.
