Implant regrets?

I was told by two surgeons that I'd be very small without implants. One said I'd look like a man.

I have a strong family history of breast cancer and my mammogram tech told me they have a lot more issues getting accurate scans with implants - so I really didn't want them.

My surgeon is a master. He nipped and tucked and used any fat he could find in the area. I was a C of folded skin before, and a C straight up now. Not super full on top but natural, small boobs.

I'm super happy.

So glad it worked out for you. My best friend is a breast cancer survivor and I totally get the worry about implants affecting mammograms. It was definitely a concern. The mammo tech actually made me feel much better about it stating there are additional angles they use with implants to get the images they need. And with being behind the muscle, I'm hopeful it will never be an issue. I'll yank those puppies out in a hot second if they compromise my health screenings!

In any event, yay for being happy with your "girls"!!

I never thought I would want them either, but I'm considering getting them with my breast lift in December.  I was a 42DDD and now I'm a 34DD but after the lift who knows.  Dr. Sauceda said that a small implant would give me a better shape.  I'm waiting until I get to Mexico to decide if I want them or not.  My main goal, since I'll be 61, is to have perky breasts forever.  I hate the idea of them possible going south again!

I've had mine for about 10 months now and LOVE THEM.  I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd ever have implants after being a 44DDD at my heaviest.  I am now a 34 D and I couldn't be happier.

I saw a photo of me recently when I was a just getting boobs (naturally, as young girl).  I must say they are better now than they were newly forming.  I would never ever go back on my decision to get implants.  I'd do it again, if I had to.

My friends who have actually felt them/saw them say they look and feel great.

Good luck!!!

Thank you all for your responses!  I just got back from vacation & only now had a chance to read all of your messages.  I guess I will have wait until I lose this last 30 pounds to see just how much breast vs. skin I am actually left with.  I'm very impatient... as I've lost weight, my body (boobs especially) look worse and worse with all the loose saggy skin.  Still, even with some left to lose, I'm already researching & thinking about what needs to happen so I can look like a normal person naked.  Right now, I'm still thinking no to the implants, but I imagine that could change depending on what size the doctor tells me I'll end up at without them.

Thanks,
Krista
