Ontario plastic surgeon patients - OHIP question???

 Hi everyone, just had my tummy tuck and breast lift on Tuesday and today the bandages were removed and I was allowed a shower...it felt like heaven to say the least to finally be able to wash my hair and just stand there in the shower.  Still have the drain in, and hopefully it will be removed on my next visit next Friday.

The surgeon mentioned to me that he repaired a hernia the size of a grapefruit when he did my tummy tuck/breast lift.  I had no idea I even had a hernia, and he was surprised to find one.

My question is.  I self paid for my pastic surgery.  Do you think OHIP will cover any of the costs seeing as I had a hernia repair at the same time?  Any money I can get back would certainly be welcome, and I just thought I would ask if anyone else had this happen or had an answer as to whether OHIP will kick in any money, and if so, what steps would I need to take to get this started.
