OUCH I just had my first sneeze since surgery.  It felt like I tore my stomach apart.  Hoping that was the first and last sneeze for a very long time.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Sorry abouth the sneeze I know it hurts like HECK but hopefully it's out the way now and you won't have another one. I had my first one last sunday at dinner when the folks came over and my sister was kind of enough to cook for us. Everyhting hurt for me to especially the pulmonary embolism in my left shoulder I thought I had been shot. I took 2 hydrocodone and laid down.

I would feel for anybody that has this stuff done in winter and catches a cold that would be horrible.

Have a good day

Watch out for the suprise sneeze.  I had this happen 3 weeks ago and it pulled an abd muscle that was one that they just repaired and threw my back out.

Coughing and sneezing just about killed me lol.  Be ready at all times to brace. I am 2 months post-op panniculectomy/anchor cut TT/severe hernia and muscle wall repairt.  It does get better.  I can cough and sneeze now wtih less bracing.
