Plastic Surgeon in the Greater Toronto Area

Does anyone know of a plastic surgeon in the Greater Toronto Area that works with OHIP?  I am going on 4 years post-op Rouxen-Y gastric bypass in November.  I've lost 200 pounds and my weight has been stable for years.  I have excess skin in the usual places which causes irritation, excess sweating and the aggrivation of a pre-existing back condition.  There don't seem to be many plastic surgeons in Toronto listed on this website's directory.  A Google search of plastic surgeons for Toronto turns-up many cosmetic surgery clinics.  But, I don't know if these clinics work with OHIP.

Hi David,
Do you remember me from Thunder Bay I had surgery a few months after you.  I just had a Fleur de lis tummy tuck with Dr. Sarah Wong in Scarborough really nice doctor and good.  Ohip paid for the panni part and i paid for the rest.  I had surgery Aug. 24 of this year.  I am currently 4 weeks out and doing good.

Of course I remember you.  I just went to Duluth to get a few months supply of OptiSource on Labour Day.  I was thinking about you on the drive down there from Thunder Bay.  I'm happy to hear you're doing well.  It must feel so great to finally be there.  I never realised I'd still be struggling with excess skin three years later.  Our fouth rebirthdays are coming up this winter.

I'm planning on moving back to Thunder Bay in November.  We should get together when I'm back in town.  I got the contact information for two plastic surgeons at The Scarborough Hospital--yours and the one they call Dr. Nan.  I'm going to ask for a referral when I see my doctor next week.
