Has anyone had surgery in Brazil?

Hi all. I am looking to have my thighs, tummy and beasts done. If you have had surgery in Brazil, could you share your experience?

Wow! I really hopes someone answers this b/c I came on the board tonight to ask this exact question! I started doing research, and it seems like a good option, considering how much plastic surgery is done in Brazil and the number of good surgeons.

I didn't go to Brazil, but Monterrey Mexico and Dr Sauceda.  I had an LBL, BL, arms and medial thigh lift and 4 days later a full face lift.  I was off for 8 weeks.  Dr Sauceda has a group here on OH.  Click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy line if you want to read more about Dr Sauceda.

I've been searching around this site, and it seems that the only downside to Brazil is the long plane trip. May not be a big issue on the way down but if, like me, you're having a LBL, it might be pretty uncomfortable to sit for 10+ hours (for one leg of the flight). I was leaning towards Brazil, but now think I should try for something a little closer - maybe Costa Rica.

I had my plastic done in Villa Valla, Brazil in 2006 with Dr Kuster. I had a lower body lift 5 zone of lipo and breast lift with implants. I am VERY happy with the results. I the price at the time was very good. It is a long flight But for the quality of care there you cannot beat it.
