kaiser people???
Kaiser won't cover plastics for me, and I hear for other WLS patients as well. I had a consult with Dr. Hop Le at San Rafael Kaiser who I heard speak at my support group in Richmond. He does beautiful work but it's expensive. He had me lined up for 4 surgeries, $54K.
I'm going to Dr. Sauceda in Monterrey, Mexi****heck out his group here on OH). I'll have 2 surgeries instead of 4 and the price for all of it is the same as a Facelift at Kaiser.
Kaiser is going to do my follow-up care when I return. Wound care, suture removal, drain removal, hospitalization for infection if necessary. They will cover everything except fixing plastic surgery mistakes or botched jobs.

Kaiser amazes me. I am glad they did my wls, but I am so self conscious about my arms..........the rest I can deal with.......that it is depressing and all I do is wear long sleeves even in 100 degree heat!!

Band removed and feeling alive with energy!
My panni didn't hang far enough down, the eyelids didn't droop 50%, wouldn't do the batwings, but may have done a breast lift... So I went to Dr Sauceda and had an LBL, BL, arms and medial thigh lift and 4 days later a full neck & face lift. I had an 8 week recovery period.
My PCP ordered my pre-PS lab prep workup, and did my after care, which was removing stitches from the medial thigh lift and the BL.
