Oh no, do you think you're allergic to the tape? It kind of sounds like it. I've heard of people taking a bit of liquid benadryl for the itching but if you're on other pain meds you might wanna double-check that with your doc first. For the rash, have you been able to keep your breasts dry enough? I don't know how often you're changing the gauze, and how often you're cleaning the area or showering. But moisture trapped in there will definitely create a rash (if it's not already from a tape allergy). After I was able to shower I had my mom blow-dry my breasts on low until they were completely dry, including the tape and undersides. Have you washed the binder? Bacteria can build up on it and eat the sweat it absorbs from your skin. Maybe taking off the gauze and binder once or twice a day, have someone help you gently cleanse the skin, and let it air-dry or dry it with the hair dryer. Or just let it air out for a little bit before replacing. I've been sleeping with my tits out (except for the strap on top) and it's nice to let em breathe.
also, have you tried a little cold for the itching? I'm not saying put ice on your nipples for a long time cuz that will decrease blood flow but just temporarily, press an ice pack covered by a very thin cloth to the area for a few moments. I do that with mosquito bites and have had some success. I know heat makes itching much much worse so it might be logical that cold would do the opposite.
Good luck, I hope you can get some relief!!! You're gonna be such a knockout! Let me know if YOU come up with any boob/TT tips, I'm doing the TT pretty soon here and I'm pretty nervous.

Thanks so much for posting your updates and pics! That link was REALLY helpful to me, too. I think if I came out of surgery with boxy tits like she originally had, I'd be freaking, but then I got to see how they've settled in and look so much better now. I'll be prepared for it!
I'm going to be stalking you for the next few months! I'm also planning on saline under the muscle. I was also told that I would need 480cc due to the size of my pecs. It sounded like a lot, but it does make sense if my breasts are wide, that I would need a wider implant.
Do you know if yours were textured? I assume they were round.
My surgeon prefers silicone (as they all seem to do), but will certainly do saline. He says that he tends to "overfill" the saline implant to avoid rippling. He also uses round implants and I think non textured, but I really don't remember now. (My surgery won't be for about 6 months and I'll have several more visits before then to figure it all out.)
Was it you who said you went to a strip club and felt up the strippers with implants? I was out at a bar with friends last weekend and there was a bartender who had awesome boobs, so I was asking her about them. She had saline under the muscle and LOVES them and let me feel them. They felt nice! I thought of you, though, while doing it! LOL!

My implants are smooth, round, moderate (lowest profile) allergan/natrelle saline implants. My surgeon says that all implants should be at least slightly overfilled because it decreases rippling, and constant rippling, besides feeling bad, can cause weak spots in the implant and lead to eventual rupture. There's kind of a 'sweet spot' for overfilling implants. You definitely don't want them underfilled, they're ok but might ripple if they're exactly at the manufacturer's specified size, a little overfill is good, but too much overfill will make them overly firm.
This is a really really good article about overfilling implants, it helped me a lot. I had to read it several times to really absorb all of it. Definitely check it out:

I understand the preference for silicone. If all other factors were equal, and I knew for sure that they were just as safe as saline, I'd go for silicone in a heartbeat. No-brainer. Everyone would. They're softer and feel more natural. But I simply don't know. Silicone has been greatly improved from the first versions available, they have the cohesive implants that you can cut in half with a knife and they'll stay in 2 pieces. But that doesn't mean there isn't leeching. Here's part of a post I made on another forum about breast implants:
You do need to look at all of the implications of each option though. Yes, having a re-operation for a deflated saline implant is expensive. But if you get silicone and decide to follow medical guidelines, you'll need to pay out-of-pocket for an MRI every two years to check for silent leaks/ruptures. (Is that still the case? Correct me if it has changed...) If the medical community knew for certain that there were absolutely no risks associated with having silicone leaking into your body, they wouldn't have that recommendation in place. Even though you can cut the implant in half and have it remain in two pieces, that certainly doesn't mean it wouldn't leech silicone molecules. It wouldn't be a lot, but it would. It's not a solid, it's a very firm gel. If you put jello mold on a wooden cutting board and let it sit there, it'll stay in one piece (provided it doesn't melt). But when you pick it up off the surface, you'll see a definite stain from the jello. Ok, a far from perfect analogy. I know. I could provide a highly technical explanation of viscosities and fluid mechanics, but that'd be just stupid.
But let's say you fall off a horse and rupture your silicone implant. You don't detect it because you don't deflate. If you're fine with having a ruptured silicone implant in your body, then no problem. Some doctors think there aren't any issues associated with it. It's a decision you'll need to make.
Alright once again I've written a novel.
And yes, haha, that was me that went to a strip club and felt up all the strippers. I'm so glad you got to feel someone up too, it's really helpful right?
I just think, as long as they look good, and are good enough for me, then to heck with everyone else. I might walk past 100 different people any given day and they'll see my body. They'll see the size of my breasts. But how many will feel them? (....depends on how frisky I'm feeling hehe).
Tons of women get silicone and love it. If/when the day comes that they prove for sure that it is equally as safe as saline, and I'm not completely satisfied with my breasts the way they are, you can bet I'll be the first in line to get em switched over.
