Cost seems to vary generally from 4-10K for arms. I paid $3900 for mine. I had just reached my goal weight when I had brachioplasty. I figured my arms would not change much if I lost or gained a little. I did wait until much longer for my torso work. I wanted to be sure I was maintaining because I did not want to mess that up!!

I've just had my arms done and I love, love, love, LOVE them. I have been wearing nothing but sleeveless tanks

My recovery was super easy, so I hope the same for you. I had no drains!

My surgery was 3800.00. I was quoted upwards of 6k.

I had brachioplasty (and fleur de lis tummy tuck) 3 1/2 months ago.  I love my arms - but they are still covered!!  I had to wear ACE bandages for compression for the first 2 months and have been wearing silicone strips since.  They have to be covered to stay on - so I've been wearing 3/4 sleeves these last 3 1/2 months.  I'm hoping at my 4 month post op check I can get the OK to stop wearing the silicone strips.

My arms look great.  I have before & after pics - just click on my name or avitar picture and look at pics.  WARNING - there are also pics of my "open wound" from TT - kinda gross - so skip those if you have a weak stomach.

Best wishes.

Your arms looked about the same as mine.  Today (3 days out) I have quite a bit of swelling in my lower arms and hands.  It's pretty uncomfortable.  Did you have this?  I called the surgeon's office and they told me that is normal.  I do have ace bandages on too and still have the drains.  I think when the drains come out, I won't be so uncomfortable.  I can't put my arms down completely because they come out of my armpits.

I can't hardly stand the idea of wearing ace bandages for 3-4 months, but will do what I need to do for optimum results.  I guess I'm glad it's fall/winter time instead of spring/summer!

Your after pictures are great.  I hope mine look that good!  When I got a glance at them yesterday when they removed the gauze, they sure looked good.

I really didn't have much swelling in arms and hands.  With the extensive sculpting with the TT, I took it really easy for a month.  I did knit every day.  I kept old cotton hankies in my armpits to keep skin from touching skin and that seemed to help.  I also stayed cool and in the A/C all summer.  I only wore the ACE bandages for 2 months.

I also drank 100+ oz water and 100gm protein a day to help with healing & hydration.

Best wishes on your recovery.
