Right back atcha!  Speedy recovery for you too!  I'm not sure I could handle more than one surgery at a time.  But I think I'll stop with the arms due to the cost.  Good luck to you!!!

Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Chris, thanks for the heating pad advice!  I'm going to try that today!  I had tried an ice pack a couple of times but didn't think it helped much.  My forearms are also VERY sore, where does that come from?  I'm going to try the heating pad today & see if that helps!  THANKS!

Keep your arms propped up with lots of pillows. Arms were pretty easy for me. My pain never got above a 2 and I felt good after 10 days. The only thing I would say is to watch out how far you reach. Even after I started feeling good, if I reached too far, I felt a deep twang, like I'd ripped something. Love my arms!!

Happy healing!!

Thanks Laura.  I'm sure hoping the arms will be easy for me, too.  I've seen where others have had lower arm pain.  Did you have that and it so, how did you handle it?  Ice or heat?

TMI but I told my DH that he is going to have to take care of things after I use the bathroom.  He said um, NO!

Thanks Lee!   I'll post as soon as I'm able.  I'm hoping to feel up to it tomorrow evening.  I actually posted on OH the evening that I had VSG.  It was funny, though, because with the morphine, I spelled things horribly and you could sure tell by my post that I was drugged! lol

I will refer you to my answer to a post a few ahead of yours on brachioplasty instead of retyping them.

Best wishes.
