Arm surgery Monday - Any suggestions?
Chris, thanks for the heating pad advice! I'm going to try that today! I had tried an ice pack a couple of times but didn't think it helped much. My forearms are also VERY sore, where does that come from? I'm going to try the heating pad today & see if that helps! THANKS!

Keep your arms propped up with lots of pillows. Arms were pretty easy for me. My pain never got above a 2 and I felt good after 10 days. The only thing I would say is to watch out how far you reach. Even after I started feeling good, if I reached too far, I felt a deep twang, like I'd ripped something. Love my arms!!
