I'm just 2 weeks out now from my brachioplasty/bl&ba/bra line & side lift w/silicone implants.  They used 350cc silicone and I'm very happy so far.  Still so sore tho, more in the armpits, elbows and sides tho, the boobs actually don't hurt too much.  He had to go over the muscle for me because my muscle was too high on my chest & he said it'd make my breasts too high also.  I'm still in the surgibra so bra size is hard to tell, I would guess I'm a small D, maybe a big C.  It's just so nice to have everything in the right place!

 Wow I've never heard of having pecs that were too high and tight for unders. But I'm really glad your surgeon was experienced enough to recognize that and deal with it, instead of giving you weird high-up headlight boobies! I thought I was a weirdo because my elbows have been SO SORE but now I'm seeing that other people get it too, so I guess it's normal. I'm not in a surgibra, he has me wrapped in gauze and then two really thick ace-bandage type wraps. I don't know when I get to wear a real bra. But I don't care right now because all I do is wander around the house, forgetting what I'm supposed to be doing. Lemme tell you, valium is my new best friend. Keeps me so calm even when internally I feel like freaking out about all of this.
