Pretty much except the part near the boobies had hooks and eyes.  The stays are important as it keeps them from rolling down.

Do you have a Hanes outlet nearby? I have gotten spanx-type support wear there for cheap. Wal Mart also has some that I like. I was too paranoid to get out of my garment after I split a hole in my incision at week 4. I stayed in it until about week 8. Spanx are hard to get on and off and I did not want to risk another tear.

Good point about the spanx being hard to get on & off...  I'm still in the binder but have every shapewear ever made from before TT/LBL - if you google "shapewear" you'll find many options.  My favorite before plastics was like a tube top that goes from just under the bra to the hips (can also be used as a slip.)  There's also one that can go over your boobs without flattening them. 

I hope your last drain comes out soon.  Sounds like it's waiting til it's good and ready!
