11 days out from TT... incision has opened, should I panic

I would take it easy and don't lift over 5# unless your doc tells you different.  Bend with your knees.  Just don't put pressure on the incision area.  Are  you wearing a compression garment?  I'm assuming you had a fleur de lis incision??

Sounds like you have it under control.  I also had small opening in axilla from brachioplasty and a small area in fleur de lis incision.  (I also had tissue necrosis leaving me with  large hole - but that is an entirely different thing.)
