TT after an open galbladder

I am 2yrs out from my DS surgery.  I am down 120lbs and I want a TT.  My problem is that I had an open galbladder 20 + yrs ago and I have the huge scar.  Have any of you had a full TT and have had the open galbladder scar?  What problems if any did you have how was your recovery.

I consulted a plastic surgeon  who offered a panni with lipo suction of the area above my belly buton.  I have a large puffy fat area there.

I'd go get consults with several more surgeons.  -Jenny

 I have a lbl with a tt and he fixed my scar on my stomach and it looks great. He told me he was going to make the scar look better. As your surgeon.

I had gallbladder surgery at least 20 years ago and had a huge scar. I had a anchor TT and my gallbladder scar is just about gone. My surgeon was alittle concerned about the blood flow in that area but I didn't have any problems healing.

I would also see another dr. Lipo suction may not help. You are still going to have the extra skin.

I had an open GB with liver resection in the 80's.  I had a fleur de lis TT and my old GB, hysterectomy, appendectomy open incision scars are all gone!!  They were removed with the extra skin.
