Starting to get a little nervous--surgery just over 2 weeks out! Oh, work ? too.
I had my labs and EKG done today for the surgery. Have my mammogram Tuesday. All of these tests are making this start to feel very real. Today I was shopping for food to prepare in advance of my surgery. EEEK! Tomorrow I go get fitted for my implants. I'm excited about that. Should be fun! So it seems I will need the Ativan the prescribed!!
Also, I am a medical transcriptionist from home. What are the odds that given an uneventful postop recovery I'd be able to start typing a couple hours a day, as I feel able (no rush work or required hours), within a week after surgery. She's giving me the week off and not pressuring me at all, but I was curious what y'all thought.
Well, I'm off to get ready for Back to School night. At least it's a distraction!!
Thanks guys!
Denise
