Drain leaking...Is that normal?
Mine leaked a little. I cut a slit in a maxipad to go around it and soak up any leaks. Worked well and protected my garment and clothes. If it's excessive, I'd contact your surgeon.

My right knee leaked awful bad. I also put a pad around mine and some days would change it a few times a day. That drain also put out some serious CC's for almost 4 weeks. Doc said sometimes you get too much drainage for the tube to handle - that was the only one out of six that leaked.
Leak seems to have stopped. The leak was from the drain putting out the least (still putting out the least). Feeling good as long as I dont stretch the times btwn pain meds too much. My back is killing me... I'm thinking from stooping over cause I cant strighten up. and YAY...I DID make it! I was such a nervus wreck ( as you know)!!! Fpoolow up on Thursday...Doc said the drains will probably come out then! Double YAY!!! Thanks!!!
