Anyone with a Fleur de lis have a dog ear at the top incision

I have a "dog ear" at the top of my abd incision between my breasts.  I was worried about having dog ears on the sides of my hips but he did a good job going beyond and around the hips.  They are nice and flat.  I asked him about the dog ear at the top.  He said that it was temporary and would collapse.   I hope it will!  I don't want a third boob!  It's not the worst thing but it would be nice.  I still have some swelling in the belly. I feel it's better this week.  I'm moving very well.  The girls look good.  I've been walking.  Can't wait to run!

No dog ear in my fleur de lis incisions, but I do have one in Left armpit from brachioplasty incision.  Makes it difficult to shave around, but otherwise not bothersome.

I'm sure it is a simple fix, in the office, if it bothers you.
