Time flies, huh?  LOL. My incision look good- closed and pretty flat already. My swelling is starting to go down and my weight has stabilized. I am still down from surgery by 14 pounds, but haven't dropped in 4 days now, so yay. I am feeling all around back to my old self slowly. I can sleep flat now, and on my side. I do get rib pain, but think it is from the garment being so damn tight. I will be ditching it once I have my follow up on the 30th- was supposed to wear it for 4 weeks, but couldn't be seen till about 6 weeks, so I figured I should wear it till then. I have begun rocking the super tight clothes I would never have worn before, although some of my clothes are falling off me now.

Any questions, feel free to ask!

Here is my incision

Great pictures!

So encouraging about weight - last time I got on the scale I gained 8 pounds while living on protein drinks & chicken soup since post TT/LBL which was 8/16. I know it's fluids but still...

Anyway... you look great and I love your rainbow dress!

Thanks. My dr said not to fluctuate more than 15 pounds, so I was glad to stop losing! ha ha.. I was expecting gains with all the swelling and have no idea why that didnt happen!

You look awesome!

Your befores look similar to my body now. How did you decide between a LBL and a TT? What is the difference in costs?

Oh never mind me! I thought you had a LBL.

I see that you did have a TT. I am really contemplating one...but my better judgment tells me to wait until I have children. The impulsive side wants to look like you in a bikini lol

LOL.. seriously, and not to sound like an asshole.. but I like my back and my backside a lot. I put a pic here to show you. It is my undertanding that a LBL addresses extra skin on the posterior of the body.. I think my prob was in front. As for cost, they only cover the TT by my insurance, so an LBL would have been a HUGE difference, from no money to full price!

I was advised to wait until I had kids also but I wanted to see my hard work pay off now...so i opted to have my panni(with nee belly button) before kiddos...
