Starting Process - Pictures tomorrow - how embarrassing?

Hi All,
So I'm starting the process for surgery.  I'm having a LBL with a vertical incision too up my stomach to repair a big hernia and my thighs done.  Tomorrow I go in for pictures to send to my insurance.  I've never had naked pictures taken of me before and I'm a little nervous.  How strange is it?  Anything I should know about?

I was mortified to stand naked for pictures but they don't include your face.  I just took a deep breath and made myself realize its part of the process and has to be done so I could get fixed. 

Its over fast.  Dont worry hun we all had to do it.

It is totally embarasing  but over quickly and they don't show your face  Good luck!!!

Yay Jan!  How exciting.  I got a breast reduction about 20 years ago and I remember being embarrassed to be naked and have someone taking pics.  Pretty soon this will become second nature to you.  Are you seeing that cute surgeon that spoke about 6 months ago?  Actually tonight one of the PSs is coming to speak.  I won't be there though.

Hi Aunti Kim!!! Yes, I'm going to Dr. Connoly.  Dr. Legha refered me to him.  I thought about not going tonight as I'm already going through the process but figured I can always learn something new.  And I didn't go last month (and I love Dr. Laura!) because I was on vacation, so I figured it would be good for me to go.  I'll miss you tonight.  How are you doing?
