Dr. Fransisco Sauceda
Click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy line and it'll take you over to his group. I had an LBL, BL, arms and medial thigh lift on Jan 13, 2011, then a neck and full facelift on the 17th. I took off 8 weeks then back to work. Bop on over to our group and say hi.
I talked to him about going back for an UBL in Jan '13. Have to save up leave to take off again. Dr S is an artist and is very good with dealing with previously MO patients. He tells you what he can do for you. He'll say he's not a miracle working, but I don't believe him. I didn't expect a model body, I'm old, but I'm out shaking my booty and smiling with my new face and loving life.

Love my Body by Sauceda
I love Dr Sauceda! He is the best! He is very talented, a true artist, extremely caring and will do what he feels is safe and best for you as a patient. He's not in it for the money! His care is all inclusive and you feel like you're a princess. I have had 3 surgeries with him and returning at the end of the year for my 4th. I can't say enough about HIM!

He was a top guy on my short list, and I only didn't go with him because I was paranoid about Monterrey at the time.
I scrutinized surgeons for many months, and feel that Dr S is well rounded, like lots of surgeons are known for their face work, or known as "the" guy to go to for boobs, or whatever. But Dr S seems to have consistently good results regardless of what body part he is doing. That's a big deal for some of us, who need so much work done.

Irrespective of the doctor's skill, complictions happen frequently in body contouring surgery, paricularly in weight loss patients. If you choose to travel for your surgery you need to have a mechanism in place to deal with your aftercare and complications locally, preferably by another plastric surgeon. If your doctor out of country (or even out of state here in the United States) cannot tell you my colleague "Dr X" nearby can see you when you get home if there are problems, a real potential patient safety issue exists. Your best advice is choose a surgeon local to you where unpexcted followup could be done urgently if required.
