Wanted to see if anybody financed their plastic surgery... if so, who did you finance thru and how was your experience? I am reading a lot of not so good stuff about care credit but a lot of it seems to be peoples lack of reading/understanding the t&c's
I dont own a home so any type of equity loans or whatever wouldnt apply.

Don't know if you have a 401(k) through work or not, but I borrowed enough to cover my WLS and then again to cover my plastics. At 4.25% it was my best/easiest option and pay myself back. Maybe a personal loan through a local credit union, if you have good credit I would think you could get 10 grand or so on your signature with a decent interest rate.

Good luck

Jennifer, do you have a car you can refinance, probably pretty competitive rate, especially thru a credit union. Thats probably what I will do. Congratulations a hundred times over for maintaining your weight

I took out a 401K loan from work.  Paying myself back at 4.5%

I used Care Credit for my plastics.  We've used Care Credit for my husband's braces and I've not had any trouble with them.  It's a low interest rate over 5 years.  They  financed all of my surgeon's bill and I paid for the outpatient facility/anesthesia with a regular credit card.
Care Credit made my surgery affordable.  My insurance only paid for the panni.  I paid for the rest of the TT, lipo, BL and BA.

i'm using care credit.  i've had an account with them for many years....opened the account a few years ago when i had a large dental expense.  paid it off with no problems.  then....my miniature daschund had back trouble resulting in back surgery...ouch....another big expense but paid off iwth no problems.  i called them and told them i want a tummy tuck and i needed my limit increased....it was increased within 5 minutes and i used it to pay for my tummy tuck....my PS requires full payment 3 weeks in advance so i've paid the PS and will have my tt on 9/6.  hoping that once again it will be paid off with no problem.....then...depending on how the ole TT goes....might just have the thighs done!
Blessings,  J
