I am soooo excited.....I got approved and the doctor and I are on the same page now..it is definately going to be LBL, cut the whole way around. I really didnt think BCBS would cover it....so thank ful that they did though.

WOW u r so lucky hey would pay for lower body lift, they usually don't. I hope to get mines for a good price. Did ur surgeon say how much it would have been out of pocket?

Congratulations!! I've been fighting with Harvard Pilgrim for just a panni removal with no luck. Finally going ahead with self-pay LBL. Good luck!

Congrats! I too was shocked when it only took 4-days to get the preapproval from BCBS of Fl for my panniculectomy/TT, I had an anchor cut with severe abd wall repair and ventral hernia repair.

Wow your date will be here before you know it. YAY for you.
