I have not, but I've looked through his website before. It looks like he does good work, but obviously I don't know that firsthand. Also, I believe his name is Richard Rand.

For your information, and I use this a lot of times, you can search ANY doctors in USA or Canada by selecting States, province, specialities and Tadammm... you find exactly what regular people think about this professional. It does help and it is free. Go on Google and type : rate my doctor. RATE MY DOCTOR.COM

Then select this website and yes, I saw Richand Rand Dr, there, He is quoted 4.3 out 5. Which is very good :) Good luck !
