Glad you are healing.

Your posts always make me smile.

I am raising a toast (Starbucks Skinny Latte) to 'big cats' every where!!

In a few days...I will probably have one of my own.
For now, it is just a sad droopy little clown.

THANKS FOR THE TOAST...WISH I WAS THERE SHARING A SKINNY LATTE, AS WELL...THAT SOUNDS PRETTY YUMMY...!

I've seen pics of others and their "CAT" is not swollen it seems...Maybe you will be spared the HUGE SIDE EFFECT OF "PUDDY TAT SYNDROME..!"

ENJOY THAT LATTE..!

I have a good bit of energy the first half of the day, and then I start getting pretty tired around 1  or 1:30...but I have a hard time getting to sleep and trying to stay asleep once I do..so that plays a bi g part into it all, I'm sure...I think in 2 wks., you will see a big difference in now and then...two days and short shifts sounds like a really good plan..!

You have a Wonderful Day, as well..!!

I don't have a lot of the bulk lower down the leg, just in the inner thighs...I have the wobbly/jiggly going on right now...they were jiggly before the LBL, but now...it shows through my lite weight bottoms...I haven't bought or even tried on any NEW jeans and I'm hoping if they are snug enough, they will help control the jiggle...too, I guess I'm going to try the longer compression garment to help out with the jiggle as well, as soon as this wound heels...

Thanks for the information...!!

Are you doing well..??

I'm a month out and went back to work for 44 hrs this week.  I noticed a great deal of swelling the first day.  I've been swelling ever since.  My upper thighs are swollen too.  My belly is tight.  I even have a belly.  I think there is swelling into my booty too.  I hate it because I felt so tiny after surgery.  I had the fleur de lis, lipo to my hips outer thighs, lipo to my side boobs. lift and implants.  The implants are starting to feel better.  The abdominal pain gets worse around 2 or 3pm.  I sit a lot for my job and that makes the swelling and discomfort worse.  I try to get up frequently. I wear my compression garment (below breast to my knees 24 hrs a day).  Love your stories Cyndy.  You and I have the same sense of humor. I'm sure your doctor enjoys you.  It's so nice to have fun patients.  What I always say is that if you don't laugh, you'll cry.

Bless your heart...that's a lot of hours for being only 4 wks...that has got to be painful..!!
I know by the end of the day I'm dog tired and sooooo ready for rest and I'm not at a job away from home...I can only imagine what you are going through.

I think my surgeon would like to work on my head, because he thinks I'm missing a brain..!!

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF JODI...TOO MUCH SWELLING IS JUST NOT GOOD..!!

AHAHAHA Love it! So glad you've mentioned this topic. My husband made a comment to me today as well. "Gosh, that swelling just isn't going way down there, is it?" Thanks! Like feeling like I have a males testicle makes me feel real feminine! LOL

Just glad I'm not alone. Anyone know how long we can expect to experience this? I have noticed mine is going down but still is super swollen.

Cyndy did your Dr say how much longer it would be like this?

Only wish this had more of your husbands affect, on my husband. He hasn't kept his hands off me since my plastics and I'm exhausted LOL Glad your doing so well, and I really enjoy hearing your stories. Thanks for the laughs!

Happy healing!

Welcome to the land of the BIG CATS..!!

No, my surgeon didn't say how long this side effect would last, but I'm hoping it will subside soon...I do see some swelling going away, because it looks all lopped sided...IT'S A SCARY, SAD, PUDDY TAT..!!

My husband is AFRAID, I SAY... and I can't blame him for being so...each time I  look in the mirror I give out a little gasp myself, and then I realize it's just that blame CAT making it's presence known..!!

HERE'S TO LOSING ONE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS OF PLASTICS...

Take it EASY girl...!!
